What is probably the best place to buy a lot of colored tissue paper?
I need some colored tissue paper for a project I am working on with kids. I was thinking of going to either michaels or walmart. Does anyone know if either will have one cheaper than the other?
Michael’s will probably have a better selection, but Walmart could be cheaper; it’s hard to say. Also, you could try a party-type store like Party City or something like that.
