How would I go about designing a sticker on my PC?
My plan is to create a design for a car sticker which can then be taken and used on a machine to cut out the design of the sticker to then use on my car.
I want to do all the design work myself so what file format is required and are there any specifics required in the design for it to work? I plan to use Coral Draw for the designing.
As you can gather I am not massively clued up on this so all your help is greatly appreciated.
The format doesn’t really matter, as long as you save it in a Vector Graphics format – Vector Graphics are scaleable, so no matter how you design them, they can be expanded/shrunk without any change in quality.
In fact, saving it as the default Corel Draw format should be fine as it is a Vecor Format itself – most print/graphics studios will be able to work with that format. If they cannot, they will soon enough contact you and ask you to save it into a different file type (which you WILL be able to do from Corel Draw without a problem).
