Bulking Up In Weird And Wonderful Ways
These days, people need to get their exercise and their bodybuilding (if they want to call gaining a little muscle ‘bodybuilding’) in any way they can, considering most folks are probably working themselves right into an early grave. Knowing how to get big ripped muscles — all without even seeming to try — is possible, but one may have to do some serious housework to accomplish it, for example.
That might be a little bit of an exaggeration but stop to think about things for a minute and consider just how little time most of us have to even go to a gym, wait around to use the machines or the weights and then get back home. The chances are good that, of the total population, maybe 5 out of every 100 people actually can get out there and do something. It’s a low number, but it is what it is.
Take heart, though, in knowing that more than a few smart and maybe not-too-smart folks have given the issue of lack of workout time a fair bit of thought. This is good, because most people hate fitness centers like they hate asparagus or broccoli. At any rate, it seems that performing a little bit of housework can help out, even if one doesn’t actually own the house to work around in (rent a house?).
For example, maybe a little legwork can be done by going down in the basement, opening up the tap on the deep sink and causing a mini-flood that is going to require a dry wet vacuum to clean up. That’s okay; because most of us probably have — or can get — one of those little beauties. Just haul it down the stairs and back up 10 or 15 times and you’re all set.
All of that up-and-down action will pay off over time. Do it twice or even three times a week for a few minutes a day. Soon enough, Arnold Schwarzenegger will be calling wanting to know what the secret is to getting those fantastic legs that are being featured in all of the big fitness magazines nowadays. Imagine his surprise when he’s told it’s due to a vacuum cleaner and not steroids.
The Schwarzenegger thing may be a bit of a stretch, but one can see where we’re going with this. Now; onto the upper arms. Folding blankets and other bedding (preferably something premium like CoCaLo baby bedding for no special reason other than it’s very nice to look at while folding) can be a good way to start getting some blood flow into the upper arms.
Just grab all of the wife’s linen or bedding that can be found and get to work. Make up little sets perhaps (workout sets, not bedding sets), and then look for some of the baby’s gear and start working on those items. The point in all this is that there are more than a few different ways to actually get a little bulk-up action going without having to stand around in a gym looking at sweaty muscles.
