Spacer Loose

Spacer is pushing in loose tooth… what should I do (pics included)?

I have had a slightly loose tooth for a while now, and last week I got spacers on my top molars. Today I went back in and got impressions, fitted for bands, and spacers put on my bottom teeth. The problem is, where the loose tooth is, it’s twisted and pushed way inward and the band is pretty loose, like nearly going to fall out loose. Here are some pictures (please ignore the fact that they’re not taken amazingly– I did what I could with what I had):

If it’s a loose tooth, it’s gonna fall out anyway, so it doesn’t matter. You think that’s odd, I had two loose teeth that came out in halves. Half my tooth was in, half fell out.
