How to occupy a bored pomeranian?
I have a four year old (soon to be five) little pomeranian girl, and I’ve noticed lately she seems incredibly bored and appears to be becoming depressed (maybe because of the boredom?) I spend ample attention on her by taking her to the park, playing with her at home, etc, but it baffles me as to why she suddenly is getting bored, after four years, with the things that used to keep her happily occupied while I was at college or work. So my question! Does anyone have suggestions of things to leave for her to do while I am away during the middle of the day besides the common plushie and chewy toys and treats?
I’m also wondering if her boredom has anything to do with my cat aging. They’re pals of sorts, and with older age, my cat hasn’t been nearly as playful.
Do some activities with her. I do agility with mine. I too am gone most of the day, but when I get home we work on our agilty and obedience and tricks and she loves it.
