Pirate decorations that look authentic?
I am decorating one room of my house as pirates, not necessarily pirates of the caribbean, but I am looking for somewhere to find decorations that, well don’t LOOK like decorations, more authentic I guess, not costume junk… on the top of my list are; skulls, pirate flag, pirate map, anchor, ships wheel, treasure chest, and I also need an idea for drapes/curtains. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

you could call your local flea market ( seriously, those dudes have just about everything ) for the anchor, wheel and chest.
i bought 4 antique “steamer trunks” last year at a garage sale for $5 each ( i got lucky on that but just don’t go paying a huge amount for a trunk ) call the flea market and ask them if they have the items you are looking for cuz those guys usually know what they have in stock and can look it up on their computer inventory.
