Cheapest way to send a small picture frame from USA to France?
I need to send a picture frame (small, for a photograph) to someone in France from California, and need to find the cheapest way available.
I did some quick searching online on UPS and Fedex and their cheapest quotes seem to be around $50. This seems rather high for a picture frame that doesn’t need to get there in any rush.

Just use your regular post office. You can pack the picture frame in bubble wrap and then put it in a padded envelope and it should be fairly cheap. My mother sends packages from Oklahoma to Denmark each year, and it costs about 50 dollars to send 15 pounds. So 50 dollars to send a little picture frame is outrageous. Forget about UPS and FedEx and just use the united states postal service.
