Where can I find a pixelated image convertor (for making perler beads).?
Making ones out of videogame sprites is fun too, but (for example) if I want the official art of something on perler beads, where can I find a convertor that’ll make the picture pixelated?
Try using the converter at knitPro. It’s somewhat limited though, as you don’t have much control over the output size.
Other than that, you can use any image resizer to create pixelated images. For instance, Irfanview is a great image viewer/converter. And it’s free. Simply take your picture, resize it to the desired pixel dimensions, and then blow up the view size, so you can see each individual pixel in big and transfer it to your beads.
If you can’t install a program, try an online image editor, like at Aviary and use the same technique as described above.
