Here in the US, there is a big problem concerning our voting system, ballot access, media bias and the corrupting influence of campaign finance. What has your nation done to make the democratic process stronger, resistant to corruption and government more accountable and transparent?
What ideas and suggestions do you have for the US to make their nation better reguarding elections?

Have congressional bills only cover one topic (quit attaching unrelated riders).
I was also going to say get rid of lobbyists as an entity, but that would cut out the only voice some of us have and leave the wealthy to continue playing golf with our leaders, so I changed my mind on this one.
