I have a question about the yugioh card, Heart of the Underdog.?
Ok, firstly can your opponent use it? Second do you have to draw or CAN you draw? Please list source.
it doesn’t work for the opponent. it would have something like “both players” in the tex
and you can draw extra cards with its effect since it says “can.” so if you draw a normal monster, you can choose whether to activate heart of the underdog’s effect
