If you want to scrapbook about your friends, you will need to further limit the scope to include only your friends at school or your neighborhood friends or the friends that you met at social networking websites. The entities you include in one scrapbook project have to have connections with one another in order to make the scrapbook an enlightening experience to read. Just like a good book, a good scrapbooking project runs along a main topic line. So think about what you want to showcase. Develop the theme of the scrapbook in a logical manner

Be sure your scrapbook paper is non-acidic

Unless you are sure that the newspapers and magazines that you got clippings from use acid-free paper, you should prefer to re-print those recipes on your own paper. Your photos will fade in a matter of months if they are allowed to be packed in with acidic paper. However you would still need to ascertain that the paper of any clippings you get is acid-free. A better alternative would be to re-type the recipes in a nice format and with pleasing fonts and then to print them out neatly in your own paper.
Use scrapbooking stickers to embellish the pages with frames, smileys and appropriate images related to pies and pie-making.
